This is a must have extension for anyone using SF and Gmail to reach out to their clients. One issue which I see is also highlighted by everyone and SF team should address on priority - the extension does not always tag those emails, and yes, it increases the load to double check if this was done or not. Kind of defeats the entire purpose.
The convenience of activity being tracked, contacts, meetings logged, all work very well. I always make sure I have the contact and account all set up right in Sales Force refresh Sales Forced and refresh Gmail. It works every time.
it is a very good extension although sometimes I have difficulties to relate emails with cases, I have to relate them first with the parties and then edit.

For over three years I have had a BIG problem with the program not consistently prompting me with the pop-up window to log my sent Gmail emails to SF. Sometimes refreshing Chrome (F5) while in my Sent folder will get it working again. Then, it will randomly stop. Chrome is always up to date. I will uninstall the SF extension, restart my computer, reinstall the SF extension, close Chrome, reopen Chrome, and anything else I can think of and the inconsistent issue persists. I've cleared out all of the Gmail filters that SF support recommended, and the inconsistent problem persists. When I'm not prompted to log the sent mail, I am forces to open every single sent email and manually log them one by one.
Love this - makes it much easier to track important emails from SalesForce. 4 stars only because sometimes need to refresh the browser to reconnect to salesforce, but if I could, I would give 4.75/5.
This is a fantastic chrome & gmail extension. There is a long standing bug though keeping this from a 5/5! Sometimes you need to refresh your browser as it gives an error when trying to log activities.
The only thing I wish we could get is batch logging!

Been using this integration for the last 6 months and it seems to be working well. There were some teething issues at the start but of late this has been rather seamless. Thank you and confident this will continue
When it works, it works decently. The problem is it frequently crashes and requires me to refresh Gmail. I also need to verify whether emails are actually being logged, as it will sometimes automatically log them, and sometimes require me to manually do it. If I have to keep going back to the page on SFWC, what's the point?

Would give 5 stars if SSO was a default option. Currently, the custom domain has to be manually entered, instead of using the "sign in with Google account" option being present. Otherwise, a solid extension.
Generally works great. Noticing that when I open an email that's being tracked, it "counts" as an open. Can all opens by me be ignored by the plugin?
Works mostly great, but sometimes lags or has to re-login multiple times a day.
Page layouts showing different while trying to create new contact from plug-in, which is not same as Web & Mobile app any suggestions here would be helpful
